As part of our social impact #initiatives in Singapore, our CEO, Saswat Kumar Panda, actively participated in the Advisory Mentorship Programme—a meaningful effort led by Advisory Singapore, a youth-driven charity dedicated to career and education guidance.
From October 2023 to January 2024, Saswat mentored a Junior College student, providing personalised guidance on navigating career aspirations and life beyond school. What started as a few weekly sessions turned into something bigger—a space for honest dialogue, growth, and perspective.
